Nandini Natarajan - ECEC Program Coordinator
I am a dedicated and professional trainer and assessor with the ability to connect and interact with various levels of management and different stakeholders while working in a team environment. I am passionate about training, coaching, and assessing in-house and external applicants by observing, mentoring, advising, and motivating them using new techniques and strategies. Incorporating communication skills, interpersonal skills while being proactive and highly organized, I have the capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. I am looking forward to working with TACIS Students within my capacity as ECEC Program Coordinator based upon my knowledge and experience.
